Do you sense that this is Matt's team now?

What I mean this is. During the UNC game, I had never seen our Bulls executed great play after great play in the clutch. Three that stand out are: 1) the TD in the endzone caught down at the knees; 2) Amari's throw and catch at the other end; and 3) Amari's jumbled catch to get the first down.

I feel that because of Matt's personality and his nerves of steel, this offense is becoming one unit that responds as he does.

Let us hope it all equates to 4 or 5 more Big East wins this year!

Sensed it after the game against UCF. And if you didn't fully realize it during the final drive of the Rutgers game, you must have had one too many saki bombers in Thailand.

Even Smazza has said Grothe is the real deal. He even stated if Grothe played at USC, they would not lose in the next four years. Let's hope our roster gets as stacked as USC so Smazza will think of USC as an afterthought.

You could tell this was Grothe's team during the McNeese St. game. The guys play harder for him, there's a real trust. It's really cool when you can feel the chemistry.

I was confident that Grothe would have the job after watching him play in high school.

everyone knows this is Matt's team on offense.  Just look at the crowd during the UConn game...when matt went down and also when he came back in.

No doubt who's team this is.  Matt has that IT that QB's need to have a team rally behind them and be the unquestioned leader.

I knew he was the real deal in his middle school years.  Can anyone beat that?

Well ... I know the owner of the pest control company that started their service the day Matt came home from the hospital ;)

Top That !  ;D

Seriously, back to the topic. You can read the comments from the players also to know that Matt is the leader. Quiet, but leads on the field and produces. I really feel that those close games in 1-5 really pulled this team 2gether and we also got healthier. Of course having the 3 suspended players back was a major boost, especially on the Offense.
