I love that both FSU and Miami (who actually LOST 1 point despite beating UNC) are out of the Top 25... now if Auburn and Georgia could beat the Gators and drop them as well... One can dream, right?

Now how nice would it be if Pitt got ranked?  They're 5-1!!  Imagine...4 BE teams in the top 25.

Florida will fall eventually.  They'll lose to either Auburn or Georgia.  Hell, maybe even FSU, that game is always insane.

This is no improvement over last week.  The bad thing is that WVU actually dropped a spot, and 2 teams leap frogged them.  Bad news for getting a BE team in NC game.  And why is a one lost UT ahead of UL.  UT got spanked, and I mean spanked by OSU.  The good news is that either OSU/UM will lose, and Florida will probably lose in SEC play or champ. game.  USC also plays ND.

No, if we beat a ranked Pitt to go 7-2, we probably still won't be ranked, although we would get quite a few votes.  It will take 8-2 to possibly get ranked.  9-2 beating UL would gaurentee a ranking, and an outside shot at top 20.

I said it preseason...their schedule to date, it's horrible. The teams they played have 7 wins combined over D-IA competition while Ohio State, USC, Florida, and Michigan have all beaten multiple ranked teams. They should move up as the higher ranked teams lose.

Not to mention a shaky showing against ECU.

Simple, Florida beat a highly ranked team and in pretty convincing fashion. WVU will move up since Michigan still had to play Ohio State and Florida still has to go to Auburn and they still have Georgia on the schedule. USC hasn't been that impressive the last 2 weeks either.
