Why are players getting hurt ALL the time?

CURRY OUT FOR YEAR: USF's men's basketball team lost another player to a season-ending injury when 6-foot-4 freshman shooting guard Dante Curry suffered an Achilles' injury.

Also, senior forward Melvyn Richardson suffered a foot injury and will miss a few weeks. In July, freshman point guard Chris Howard suffered a season-ending torn ACL for a second consecutive season.

It seems like we have 2 or 3 every year getting hurt prior to the season.  Something is going on.  We need answers............

This is ridiculous, I wonder if its from practicing. I heard our floor is horrible and causes alot of injuries, I am not sure if that was the cause of these injuries.

this is effing insane, I have NEVER seen a program sustain more injuries that ours. What is the explanation? Have we had a lot of turnover with our strength and conditioning coaches, team trainers, and medical staff? Who is monitoring these kids?

This is unbelievable, the Sun Dome must be built on top of an old Native American burial ground. Can anyone shed light on why this is happening?

Terrible news.  Its all bad luck and no ones fault but with our track record their HAS to be a change after this season, during this season, before this season.  We should save mac the embarrassment and let him go no with full pay have a assistant take over, pay him nothing, win no conference games, and then start fresh next season with a QUALIFIED coach.  One more year of waiting for some kind of competitive basketball program is sickening.

There is no acceptable excuse if things go this year like last and before.  Injuries, etc. will not be an acceptable answer....and forget "departures from the team".  The end could be near.
