What is Legion field?

It's a place where we played the University of Alabama in the sweltering heat and the dang stadium ran out of drinks except for some lousy water.  What a dump!  I can't believe they were even mentioned in the same breath as bowl game.

That stadium was at one point one of the greatest in the country. Tax payers refused to pay for renovations and well 20 years later the Crimson Tide who used to play 3-4 games there a year now play NONE. It killed the stadium.

I've been told both bowl games will be played before Christmas...

I don't think the Toronto Bowl will make it 4 years, too far, costs too much, and well it's freaking December in my fiance's native land...

You can fly to Buffalo on Southwest and take the 1 hour plus drive to Toronto, so the cost shouldn't be that bad.

I would be interested to see the attendance though. I also think it may struggle depending on who the teams are.

Lets not kid ourselves, the Motor City Bowl with a Big 10 tie in has looked like a high school game at times, your asking people to drive the extra 2 hours to Toronto...

This bowl game with it's tentative date being set for before Christmas will be lucky to last 4 year. Look at the Houston Bowl! There are too many games and not enough money.

I want nothing to do with this game, give me the Birmingham Bowl over the "International Bowl"

I swear to God, I thought they were gonna rip that place down, if it didn't fall down first...   It was kinda like the Orange Bowl but with drunken toothless rednecks...
