The Bucs just announced their 2007 schedule (posted on the Tampa Bay Sport Forum) and they are playing the same weekend as our games only on the following:

Sept. 9    USF/FIU

Sept. 10  Bucs/Baltimore

Nov. 4     USF/Pittsburgh

Nov. 5     Bucs/New Orleans

This is a good thing in that there won't be so much of an issue with those people who have trouble making two games in one weekend or deciding which game will have USF logos/graphics on the field.

Only downside is if Pitt is the homecoming game, it would have been nice to have the logo on the field and the endzone and will probably be tough to do with the Bucs playing the next day.

I just realized something - what is the deal with the logo and the timing?  I mean - how long does it take to to repaint a field?  I'm sure I'm missing something here, but get three crews in there to knock it out.  I can't imagine it takes more than 12 hours.

In related news, the Dolphins still suck.

Maybe we can get the Great Googly Mogly guy to paint the field for us at a discount. We can be the Balls instead of Bulls or something.

Money is the issue, hopefully we have funds alocated.

And wonder if this would change the Pitt game being HomeComing  ???

Ouch!!!

All Buc Home Games start at 1pm!

Hot...Hot...HOT!!  8)

KL

PS. Dolphins have 7 home games starting at 1pm...only one night game...on Christmas Day.

Whereas the Jaguars strike gold with 2 night games, and 2 games starting at 4pm.

as a Dolphins fan I want as many 1pm home games as possible. Part of the home field advantage.
