Thanks for the suggestion, but it really would not be too accurate right now if it was two years ago. I am sure that there are more students living near campus then there were two years ago.

most students live within 5 minutes of campus, the farthest i know is bruce b downs in new tampa around the I75 area.  but you also have kids still living home with the parents, so some could live 30 minutes away.  i would say avalon heights and the edge are pretty much full of students, go down 46th or 42nd and you have more apartments with students in them, also on bearrs

I lived in Fontana Hall my frosh year. Basically, it's an on-campus dorm right across the street from school. I recommend making students live dorm style their 1st year because you interact with fellow students, and the hook up potential is phenominal. I can't remember how many ladies I tainted, but there are some **** great memories I will never forget. Good call once again Smazza.
