Although it is not likely to happen, we will have to report this to the NCAA.This is why at our auction, you don't see autographs from our student athletes. It is a very thin line and we just choose to go nowhere near it. By not buying this item, you all will be helping our cause. It is an NCAA guideline (e.g. law). Eric Soncrant posted on here a while back about how the university was deceived relative to getting the autographs. He didn't go into detail, but I think the party involved said this was for charity when it was really destined for sale (for profit) all along.
