This, naturally, did not make the Tribune since it wasn't showing a dejected player or fan:

For those of you who were at the game in Charlotte and cheered the Bulls as they left and shouted 'U-S-F' over and over again, you saw the players acknowlege the crowd despite the tough loss.

Andre Hall, however, did more than acknowlege the crowd.  He stopped, held his helmet in one hand, pointed at the iconic 'U' repeatedly with his other hand and then pounded his fist against his heart.  He did this several times before walking with his head held high into the tunnel.

That, Bull fans, is what it means to be a Bull.

Yes, I too will remember Andre in this fashion.  It was a great moment.

79, I actually took those from the stands.

I got my wife a new Sony DSC-H1 camera for xmas.  It's got a 12x zoom, plus she got a 1.7x telephoto attachment to go with it.

The pictures I got are phenomenal, and they were all from up in the stands.  Great camera.

I agree Ricky.  When I saw him do that I forgot about the game for a few minutes and remembered why I made the trip.  To support the players, especially the seniors and Mr. Andre Hall.

Andre will be missed very much and what he has done for us as Bulls fans will be hard to replace...

sitting in the front row after NC ST scored their first touchdown he looked so depressed...I just kept yelling "It's your turn Andre"....

Just wished we would have gotten to see him score one last time!

Thanks for the memories Andre Hall and Terrance Royal (he was my MVP of the game) and the rest of the seniors..you will all be missed!

Ricky, you and the family were right behind me at the game at the game. Heard you mention that when Andre did these motions and was thinking the same thing. Andre is a great BULL as many others.

They played hard and the fans cheered hard.
