I feel that going to Memphis from Tulsa is a major step up. Memphis despite a disappointing year is elite and probably the flagship program of the AAC. Tulsa is the exact opposite of that. Was hoping Tulsa & Temple would of got their acts together. Both those programs have had good hoops history. Seems that they both have been down since joining AAC. That's so lame. The only issue I have with it is that it's an in conference transfer. Seems pointless to me, not like Penny actually develops players. If you're going to leave make it a big change not just some other in conference school that's trying to win from brute talent.

I don't disagree. You are certainly correct. However if you have Texas or K State calling then why not make that move. That's all i'm saying. But money talks... Knew this was coming, but sad to see it. He won't be in the NBA next year, but likely wont be a Bull either. Bob Loblaw Posted April 5 Group: Member Topic Count: 7 Content Count: 309 Reputation: 193 Days Won: 0 Joined: 09/17/2023 Share Posted April 5 He helped push the Bulls to a new level this year, and for that I am thankful. With that said, who we got coming in to replace 14 point/game?

I am hoping he changes his mind if the NBA part of the equation doesn't work out
