At the end of the day, i don't give a ****. I enjoyed watching this team WIN a AAC championship. I'm not a basketball guy and never have been. I may be now though as it's been so much fun this season.

It did but I really don't think that matters at this point. I believe if there needs to be a discussion by the Committee, it will revolve around our next 1, 2, or 3 games ....

Yea I hope when they select teams they will look passed the NET and look at how we played in the last 2/3 of our season.

Memphis was hot and cold this year but were still a pretty good team. We are two spots out of the top 25.  Win today and tomorrow and we should remain in that 23-27 range in that human ranking, even if things don't work out in the final. I have to believe that that could be enough.

Need to to care of business in the second half though.

I like if you win today and tomorrow you have a shot, but not a good one. Alot of teams that are locks have failed to advance in their tournaments and there will be AQ bid stealers.

Wait, so if we win today and tomorrow... And let's just say that we lost the championship game by a point or two... (or even a buzzer beater loss); there is still a chance that we wouldn't be a lock for the NCAAT?

Correct.  And if that buzzer beater was to anyone but FAU then we would be definitely out

I wonder do we get style points with the committee for winning in a blowout? Today we look like  a top 25 and tournament team. Need to bring the same energy tomorrow!

I think we'd be firmly in the bubble for consideration, but definitely not a lock.
