I haven't been paying too much attention.  Have we lost any assistant coaches?  CAG hasn't parted ways with anyone and it doesn't look like anyone has been poached by another program(not sure if this is good or bad).  For continuity sakes, It would be awesome if we can maintain the entire coaching staff thought the off season and in to '24.  Can't remember the last time we've retained the entire staff for 2 years in a row.

Feels like CAG has hit this program with a big dose of Febreze after the stink of Chuckles and Scott

Continuity is always good. Coaching didn’t seem to be the issue pass defense was terrible but that was was more of a  speed and skill issue

Coverage of our program is so spotty, it takes time for any news to slip out.

You said it right there. In the past 5 years we have had like 3-4 different offensive and defensive coordinators. A majority of our team is coming back. We have a great recruiting class and only needed less than half of the transfers we averaged in the past few years. I see moving forward the teams that stay intact will have the most success. Now coaches have no choice but to foster a positive environment. Now they have to work harder on developing relationships with their players.

Don't think so.   I believe he was brought on to help KP so I'm sure he's not an on field coach. Looks like resources are being put it in to this program.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
