i selected the mail option online and after hearing that someone had some confusion with that i emailed Vicki.  She responded very quickly and let me know that my tickets were marked for pick up.

that website to order the tickets was extremely difficult.

if you would my other posts you would know that i support the bulls 100% and very rarely "complain"

I was just worried that my tickets would not arrive in the mail.  so far this holiday season we have already had 3 sets of Christmas gifts "Lost" in the mail.  you should know what you talk about before you post.

I hope athletics sent a pacifier and a bottle filled with formula along with your ticket. Also, I am very sorry about all your presents getting lost in the mail that got lost in the mail. Maybe we can all pitch in and buy you some new stuffed animals.

there seems to be a re-occuring theme here.

and dmince...  check my other posts i have.  i am not a complainer.  infact, i am probably one of the most pro-usf people on this site.  i was simply argreeing with another poster who was wondering where their tickets were.

So let me get this straight, I am dumb because the athletic department you work for had a flaw on their webiste, where despite clicking "have the tickets mailed" during the order processing, the tickets are not being mailed and need to be picked up. Whose the dumb one, if you work for the organization who had this problem that affected plenty of other individuals besides myself.   Then again are Tennis SID's real employees of the athletic department.

It didn't matter if you clicked that or not. If, on the first page, you didn't put MAIL in both first and last name boxes of "Name of person picking up"(something like that) then you were put down as a "Pick-up" ...
