Because he was taking over a team that won 3 games in the last three years and has no history to fall back on plus a lack of money to hand out. There was no fixing this defense in one off season

Offensively, it looks like we can blow through Temple and Charlotte to go bowling.

 

Defensively, I’m terrified that one of them will hang 50+ on us and kill our bowl dreams.
