That's how I sorta read it.  Not a very good report, it had the hometown bias (that doesn't exist in Tampa because only we have unbiased "journalists").

Pretty sure I've been sick of USF football for a few years. The only remedy is more touchdowns.

I agree. The UAB bias was pretty glaring. Hopefully, my USF bias is more correct than their UAB bias. Obviously, I'd love to see a blowout victory in our favor. 🤘
