Tailgating Plans?

Got 4 or 5 different people bringing their best ribs. One of them has won a few ribbons in Texas and most recently here in Oldsmar. Another does bbq for the Wounded Warriors. I'm doing 2 racks of baby backs and one St. Louis style on the Treager. Son-in-Law is bringing shotgun shells (smoked, bacon wrapped manicotti stuffed with smoked brisket. Of course all the sides. Expecting 30-35 in our group.

Going to be getting there at 10:30am since lots only open 5 hours before kickoff. Hopefully the OCS allows us to start tailgating on Friday.

Shotgun shells sound pretty amazing.

Going Blackstone griddle for us. Smash burgers, some potato/bacon/cheese wedges and bacon wrapped shrimp.

I was supposed to be headed to Nashville for another game but that got canceled, so I will likely be firing up the smokers for what I call a "Noah BBQ,"  i.e., I'll be cooking two of every creature.
