Yea, USF is not a good team yet. They showed a blip of improvement early on but have since fallen back from it to the baseline. No reason to get negatively emotional about it. It’s a game played by 18-22 year olds against other 18-22 year olds. As fans we would like our young men to be in the end zone with the ball during the games more times than their guys. Their fans want the same. This isn’t life or death in a battle of war. It’s a game. A whole group of grown men on this forum are getting sad or angry that a bunch of young men aren’t doing what they want in order to somehow make them feel good inside? That’s weird. The outcome of the games does not affect your lives at all on a daily basis. You’re not on the team. If you don’t like the show this team is trying to put on for the audience, don’t watch it. It’s coming across like some of you are buying into this as a religion or a cult or that you just don’t have anything else in your life to bring you happiness. When you don’t have much else in your life and you’re making this much of an emotional commitment to the results of kids’ game, it can make you feel extremely tied to the successes and failures they have on the field to fulfill your visceral need for a dopamine rush. I hope some of you can find some happiness elsewhere, maybe in your marriages, families, or other hobbies.

I hope the guy(s) you’re describing, identifies himself and get help. We can support him in his journey.

Way too early to fire Golesh, but he needs to show  drastic improvement this week.

I’m worried we are seeing deja vu. We have another coach that doesn’t know how to pull out of a nose dive. The adjustments have been lacking, the “process” has been off, and the kids aren’t alright. I think we need a consultant or two to help this staff figure things or something. The bell has rung and CAG is on the clock

Absolutelly, and to be fair no one on this board is calling for him to be fired, except one or two people.

He gets at the very least 2 years.

People have invested their time, money, and want to watch their football team not look  terrible for years. It isn't fun to watch or it is not like we are losing close exciting games like the BAMA game. We getting blown out by the bottom half of the conference usa. These are young adults that are getting paid with scholarships, housing, food, training, and some of them are making money. The product on the field has been unacceptable for two weeks in a row. WE need to do a deep evaluation of the whole athletic department and consider replacing a lot of the upper leadership to people that value winning and know what it takes to win. AD MK was inexperienced as an AD and it seems he doesn't know how to right the ship or hold people accountable.
