Not so sure Outlaw. The Mrs is back in the wheelchair large parts of the day recently and any surgery will have the same 5 to 6 month recovery as the first.

You got this. Have you ever considered a caregiver,maid, or home health aid to help you and your wife around the house?

We are looking into it. Have long term care insurance and going to try to set it up for after the operation. but just finding people to do that type work is difficult. Have a friend who had to get help with her husband and people didn't show up or were lazy, etc. Appreciate your concern. Hopefully will chat on Friday at happy hour.

Yeah my wife   works in the medical/geriatric  field. Home Health Agencies are hard to find consistent and average or better workers. If you can find someone it will help you both out tremendously.

i will break into my savings to stay in a hotel however long it takes to get power.

my Massachusetts blood cant do August in Florida with no power.

ive lived in deserts that are just as hot as Florida with no AC… it’s the humidity that makes it unbearable
