Brad you have no idea what you uncovered. This is more than a t-shirt gun.

I had heard new branding was coming out, and this is an example of what we are going to see everywhere.

No more USF.

U logo no longer allowed to be used as part of USF. It now stands alone and we are South Florida. (I've been here long enough to have seen it swap back and forth about 6 times)

Just for the record, I don't have inside into saying these logos are the new look. Just makes sense, since I heard new branding coming. So, I am making an assumption.

As long as it is based around the "U" and not some stupid looking symbol like that silly merrill lynch Bull they rolled out a few years back.  What an absolute disaster.

I'd like to think that the guns are borne of the optimism that they'll be needed to get shirts to the 300 level.

U is staying for sure.

I believe what we are seeing has been around a while.  The iconic U, the script Bulls and South Florida.  It doesn't all play well together, but it is simplified... Having something new would make sense to sort of bring it all together.  We'll see.

RIght, I wasn't saying new logos, but a change in branding. Getting away from USF. Getting away from the font that spelled Bulls in the endzone. Not putting the U logo as part of USF any more.

Sorry if I wasn't clear, not new logos, just new standards on what we call ourselves and how the logos are used.

Yes, no new logos....and no USF.  I really like that script Bulls that is popping up in more places, but I'm not an artist and therefore like the same font used everywhere.  That bugs me.

I almost forgot that crazy brush font you see from time to time too...

These things came out in 2020 or so.  Perhaps the new branding changes are soon to be unveiled.

My feeling regarding ongoing tinkering with logos and fancy fonts:

Didn't know you were into calligraphy as well.
