In thinking about the (missing) student body, I do wonder how much of the focus on academics has brought in the type of students who do not have much interest in football.  

Up at WKU last week nearly every corner around campus had a sign simply sayin GAME WEEK! I don’t know, but I’m willing to bet that there are none around USF. Driving up to Bham a few years ago UAB has a marquee out on the highway advertising that week’s game. USF does not.

340 million is a significant amount and a great sign that USF is planning to built it right. TCU, Houston, San Diego State,... are good examples on money well spent and within our price range.

I think this is often overlooked and a key that’s addressed with getting the games on campus and all that comes with that experience.

I don't remember anymore...are we a football program with an academics problem or are we an academic institution with a football problem?
