Which USF song is better?

The fight song when sung WITH THE WORDS!!

I heard it at the alumni Bulls Roast this weekend.  It sounds awesome and we should all learn the words.

Fight songs always sound better when you sing them...

USF Bulls are we,

We hold our standard upright and free.

For Green and Gold we stand united.

Our beacon lighted and noble to see.

USF Bulls are we,

For USF we'll always be.

With all our might we fight the battle

Here and now, and we will win the

Victory...

Sorry Jim But NOBODY knows those words besides the S,O,U,T,H...  We have a hard enough time to get people to cheer in our section... It's like they're at the friggin Library or somthing...

I know, mutt, but we have to start.

My first college football game was at Michigan State - they were playing Notre Dame.  The sound of 60,000 people actually SIGNING the fight song drowned out the band.  It was an amazing thing to see.

And I know that most of us have heard the Michigan fans signing "Hail to the Victors..."

Moreover, if people learn the words, the fight song actually starts to sound like a fight song.

So let's change the words... anybody got any good suggestions?

The ones we have just don't read very well to a large crowd or sound good being shouted by 50k at Ray Jay (to be fair, when the song was written, no one could have ever considered that).  

The song itself is GREAT, but the lyrics just don't work anymore.  Suggestions?
