Portal moves continues, not surprising.     Chaplin and Patrick join Boggs and Tchewa

This is not encouraging. Hope he can recruit or we will find ourselves in an even bigger mess then under Gregory.

This is 100% to be expected. This is part of the reality in 2023, you change your coach, and lots of players will test the water in the portal. This has nothing to do with our new coach, and all to do with the decision to make the change. 

I wouldn't be surprised if some of the players in the portal end up staying.

In the end I will judge Coach Rahim on wins and losses. But the last thing we needed right now is a total rebuilt.

Just hope he can recruit since Conwell, Chaplin, Tchewa were in my opinion good players.

I would love to keep all those players too, plus others we don't know about. 

In 2023, any sport. fire a head coach for not winning enough, expect a complete rebuild, the portal makes it so easy for kids to shop around.

We've been doing this in hoops since Stan left, although there was a little delayed reaction back then ... One of the positives with CBG/staff was his ability to build a roster back up. Here's hoping CAAR has the same knack. Don't know if he did much of that at KSU ...
