Anyone else think this sounds like a simple case of the two parties not being able to agree on the numbers? I sure hope USF made a solid offer, but maybe not?

Possibly, but 1) say that and not this other bs and  2) USF has to make it work and/or 3) should have had that conversation before the "interview" even took place

Hopefully this works out, but looking more like USF messing this hire up too. We will end up with some assistant coach with no head coaching experience.

 Can anyone imagine Kelly being a driving force for an OCS.  I envision an outhouse with no door with him in charge.

Actually, that's probably what he's good at.  It's looking more and more like hiring coaches is not his thing.  Regardless of whether Golesh and whoever the next MBB coach ends up being works out

To me this makes no sense…but then again it’s USF Athletics. Many of the things they do don’t really make sense.
