and do we have any shot of having that many people there?  I got 6 going: 2 alums, 2 wives, 1 gator, and a 3 year old (If I have to buy a ticket she counts).

Initial allotment is 12.5 K per school, but they can request more.

I think we can get 6k there if the AA pushes it well, which would be seen as very good for a young school in bowl promotor's eyes. Most of these bowls were going gaga over UCONN's 6k last year which is a major reason why the Car Care was waiting....

The Bulls Club and Athletic Department will have tickets to purchase pretty much up to a couple days prior to the bowl game.  Obviously the sooner the better.

If we can't convince 35% of our season ticket holders to purchase tickets to this game, we've got problems.

Hell, even if you can't go, BUY A DAMNED TICKET and frame it in your USF scrapbook for future generations to admire.  But if you ever want to see USF get the nod over other teams for future bowl games, Bulls fans need to REPRESENT!

Some of you guys drop way more than $30 on overpriced beer at Ray Jay at any given USF game, so there's no reason you can't nut up and purchase a ticket to support these Bulls in Charlotte, even if you can't go.

i think I read that UNC sold 30k last year through their ticket office, I'd expect that NCSU will be able to do that much as well.... let's hope we can at least sell out our allotment

Very good points EI.  Especially about the ticket vs. overpriced beer.
