First of all we need a winner. A proven winner. If he’s a winner, he can coach. Problem solved. Second we need a recruiter. I don’t care where he recruited. If he and his staff can recruit anywhere they can recruit Florida. Everything else will take care of itself.

As far as the age of the portal and the NIL, see my first and second requirements.

Simple and true. 

Last one was horrible and before that just going thru the motions. 

If we hire a good motivated coach things will turn around.
