We also need leadership from the president and AD to establish what kind of team do we want to be like offensive or defensive. We also need to establish schemes we want to run on offense and defense then find coaches to fit those schemes. You can change schemes up based on talent and coaches but your offensive/defensive identify should be the same.

If I ever see anything resembling the cowardice of 3 runs up the middle INSTEAD of the jugular, in a rivalry game, with the lead, and the ball, it's game over for me and USF. I don't care that we lost. I care that this timid ******** reigns. UCF wants to punch everyone in the mouth. They expect to win every game. They jaw away online. We talk about culture and how proud we are of effort and with our foot on the necks of our enemy, we relent. Does it end today, with DDPs last press conference hopefully ever as a Bull, and the last vestiges of CJSs culture? Or is it more of the same starting Monday? Is it a problem with LRS? Does VPMK make it abundantly clear to all his coaches that you finish the job in a situation like that? I personally think Mike is ok with close losses. You know moral victories. It’s our new normal. Mike is in a no pressure- no problem situation. It’s like hey, we can lose everything and it’s ok. Even if we changed the AD it will still be the same **** at USF. No pressure to win. I also have a letter from the Athletics Administration that says "big donors" were upset at the firing. So, name names I guess. I never heard names of donors that feel like they influenced that decision. There were rumors only. Of course, if there were any donors behind it, they probably left USF themselves after such a colossal **** up.
