Hmmnnn, a dome? Maybe we can get a FEMA grant and solve a whole lot of issues.

I don't know whether we need, or can afford a Baylor type stadium. However, Tulane or FAU stadiums should not be the standard. Instead I think we should look to San Diego State or Colorado State regar

Tulane is too small (really cool though), I think this is more around our budget and closer to what $300-$350MM will buy today -
