I am glad I am not the only one, she is awful and I have to turn off the volume.

Think we're thinking of the same woman, Beth Mowin I believe. Have turned games off or volume all the way down when she is doing a game.

Yes, her voice is deeper than mine and sounds like nails on a chalkboard, can’t believe she is employed, absolutely awful.
