In the NCAA, the penalty for intentional grounding is a 10-yard loss from the spot of the foul. Finally, if a quarterback throws an illegal forward pass in their own end zone, the play will cause a safety.

The fact every game there are WR from the other team wide open for huge gains is a start. There are numerous plays where the defense isn’t within 5 to 10 yards of the player. 
 

giving up over 250 passing yards a game and having the 95th ranked pass defense isn’t good either

Qe had a great first half. Sorry for Gerry.  Hopefully Marsh is ready and we can win the second half and steal a win. I expect they pull away but on any given Saturday anything can happen.
