No.... you can watch it on the ESPN app (not ESPN+) if you have a cable subscription that includes ESPN. 

An ESPN+ account will not help you in this case.

So... for those going to the game, apparently one reason why hotels and flights are at a premium is the Louder Than Life rock festival at the Kentucky Expo Center less than a mile from Cardinal Stadiu

Ok thanks....I have youtube tv so sign into espn on computer or phone I guess.

Also ESPN+ is misleading they do not play all the USF games lives. They replay them. So far only 1/3 games has be televised on ESPN+. I am sure the ACCN will not allow to be live on espn+ so you will have to aac netowrk on your tv package or steaming package. I canceled itafter my week 1 trial because it did'nt have the BYU game. I have it until 9/29.

The game is NOT on the ACC Network.

It's on the regional networks (Bally Sports) which is not available on YouTube TV.

Not a crap shoot.  Not sure what is so confusing about this... other than USF's website and media team misleading people with the ACC Network logo instead of noting it's on the Regional Networks.
