1. Ireland.    2. All summer on a lake waterskiing.  3. Working with my dad surveying, driving grade stakes every 50sqft of what is now Tampa International Airport.  4. Hopefully all of them.  5. Makes them easier for men to get them off.

Do you have any summer travel plans for 2022?

Going to Rio for a wedding and New York City.

What is your favorite summer vacation memory?

Going to my grandparents in Northern Indiana as a kid.

Do you have a summer job story to share?

Nothing worth mentioning . . .

What USF Football position/unit do you think will flourish in 2022?

Running Backs

Why do females have buttons on their shirts on the opposite side than men?

Has something to do with hundreds of years ago and women needed help putting clothes on and off.

Do you have any summer travel plans for 2022?

Trip to Florida!!  Gotta figure out how to tie in visit to Jacksonville with visit to Tampa.

What is your favorite summer vacation memory?

Trip to Florida, 2007.  Stayed at beach for week in between UNC and WVU, attended both games the latter in a suite with Bulls fans from the board.  Had the best CFB experience.

Do you have a summer job story to share?

Stripped and waxed floors at P-HCC way back in the day.  That's it.  No excitement, just back-breaking manual labor over the summer.  Made some money.

What USF Football position/unit do you think will flourish in 2022?

Can I say special teams?  :) I don't know.  I'm a wait and see guy.  I think perhaps our secondary will be much improved.

Why do females have buttons on their shirts on the opposite side than men?

They use the other side of their brains, it makes sense.

Define summer. Just cancelled an end of May river cruise to Europe. Will be trading that in for a few days on NOLA. Also a weekend at the beach with the kids and a couple of nights on Treasure Island. Then L'ville game. Is that still summer?

Going to the beach at Wildwood as a kid with my parents. Plenty of others.

I was 15 and worked at a diner that my dad delivered mail to. Had to be up at 5am and tried to fall asleep with the sun still up and listening to my friends outside still hanging out.

If you can't say something nice.

Has to do with drawing a sword. Most men were right handed and when they pulled their sword it wouldn't catch on the openings. I know you are now going to look.  But it's as true as I can give you.

1. Yes. Going to Dallas next week, Atlantic City in July, and possibly to Austin as well.

2. I don't have one in particular. Growing up we spent a lot of time in Pakistan visiting family in the summers, and nighttime power outages were actually more exciting than worrisome (prior to us getting digitized).

3. I worked at a small grocery store as my first job. The man was very informal at work, but we worked hard when we needed to and had fun the rest of the time. He was somewhat lenient on hours and the late evenings turned into hang out sessions after customers were kind of done. Trying to find groceries for patients was exciting.

4. Running back. We have historically done well at this position, and we have a great mix of power, speed, and explosiveness with Mangham, Battie, and Joiner. If I can identify an entire portion of the team, it would also be Special Teams. We did well with that last year and Da Prato is very high energy.

1)  blue ridge mountains

2) Partying with college students while I was high school and worked at a college every summer.

3) I used to work at a hockey camp in my teen years teaching the young kids the basics and would ditch work in Friday and take the train to down Philly.

4) receivers

5) female anatomy but in 2022 am I allowed to say that?

The best summer job story ever:

When I was 15, I had a summer job installing carpets for Albert Kodagolian on Lake Charlevoix.  Horrible job!  Hot, indoors, forced to listen to “The Gambler” on 8-track while the rest of the world was at the beach.  Three days into the job, I knew I had to quit.  I asked my father for advice.  All he wanted to know was whether I’d given my word to Mr. Kodagolian that I’d work the summer.  I told him I had.  My father suggested I stick it out.  I’d given my word.  Worst eight weeks of my life.  Until the last day.  Mr. Kodagolian shows up at the jobsite, pulls me aside and tells me that in 27 years no kid has ever made it through the summer.  Gives me a bonus, $40.  The most valuable money I’ve ever made.  A priceless lesson about life.  Value loyalty above all else.
