Softball starting out strong with wins against #13 Michigan (4-1), Kansas City (10-4), and Illinois State (9-2). At #5/6 Florida tomorrow so guaranteed no worse than a 3-1 start with the tough clearwater invitational next weekend

Game against UF is at 12, then the BB team at 2 vs UCF - could be a nice double header

The decision was made not to pitch Corrick in the UF game and USF got shellacked. Corrick absolutely stifled Michigan, getting 11 Ks in 7 innings. She has thrown 13 innings thus far, with no earned runs (3 unearned allowed). The competition with UCF and Wichita State for the AAC crown will be intense. We do seem to have a much lighter schedule than normal this season. UCF will definitely be battle tested by the time AAC play comes around.
