How To Use Your Double Play Pass

I got an email from USF athletics.  It stated: "As a thank you for your 2022 Football season ticket renewal, the Double Play Pass has been added to your account! This is the best package for South Florida Baseball and Softball fans as it allows for the opportunity to claim tickets to all home games this spring."

So how do you use it?  I went to my account and thought I had to put every game in the cart. Then scrolled down and saw the Double Play Pass. So I clicked on that and got to an Error 404 page.

Haven't tried it yet, waiting for others to give me a report on how it works.   I'll give it a shot in the morning and let you know if I was successful or not.

You have to click on the CLICK HERE in Step 1 of the email to claim games.  Once you've claimed games, then they are available in your account just like any other event for mobile display.

I did the click here, logged in and all the games showed up individually. Scrolled down to the Double Play Pass to put it in the cart and got an Error 404 page.  I'm not computer savvy but don't think that's a good thing.

That's strange, mine was pretty smooth and the games I claimed are now just in my events in date order along with all the basketball games.

Yes, I only "claimed" a couple games for now.  Went through putting them in the cart and zero dollar purchase process and they magically showed up in my events.
