Let’s be honest here, we’ve given those out to quite a few people  less. He’s well liked among the base despite his lackluster record in the last 2-3 seasons.

It would be better to keep someone we actually like around and help with other things like fundraising (for a lot less than he’s getting paid now).

Just have to keep him far away from the team (and coaching search) for a year or two.
