I believe FAU’s best shot for the power conferences is the big 12. ACC will eventually invite USF after FSU leaves for SEC or big ten. FAU can help UCiF travel issues. ACC already has Canes and will make a good rivalry with USF..

That’s the toughest part of the collegiate sports environment. Can you hold onto your coaches to keep your program on top? Few programs have money to retain and fire at the whims of the mob, err fans

I doubt FSU gets a Big Ten invite. They would invite Miami, UNC, Duke, etc before FSU due to academics. USF has a better chance due to their AAU membership. Also not sure about getting out of the grant of rights deal.  FSU will have a difficult time getting free from the ACC.

The conference should’ve brought Appy State or Coastal Carolina in instead of Charlotte. I think one of them would’ve made a better addition. Charlotte brings nothing but bottom 10 attention.

True. I’m just hoping we can get the call up to the ACC soon. Still wondering about all that FSU and crew wanting out now smoke.
