I see your point. McMurphy reported it also, so why separately confirm? I guess they just wanted to make it official.

Every so often you see a recruit commit to a school when there was never an offer. I think USF should do that. Call a press conference and have Harlan put on a Big 12 hat and say we accepted the offer to join.
