Obviously we will add Miami, FSU, and UF. These programs will fall all over themselves to win Cincy's coveted spot in the American.

University of Tampa revives the Spartans football program and joins the American, creating a non-rivarly (because they've never beaten USF in football before).  ;)

Out of boredom, who does the AAC replace Cincinnati with if they bolt for the Big 12 (which would finally be at a 'name-makes-sense' twelve members again)? BYU being independent changes nothing (other than the Mountain West not getting them back).

NIU, Marshall, Southern Miss?

Most likely Tulsa

Tulsa is already coming in next season to AAC.

Tulsa is already in. Think NIU.

How about bringing in one of USF's old school rivals?? No, I am not talking about Southern Miss. I am talking about Troy. As us old school USF knows them as Troy St.  How can we ever forget their poster TMTDM that use talk a lot of smack.

Don't think NIU is going to jump the MAC any time soon unless it is for a P5 conference (I doubt any of them will extend the hand based on a little recent success).  The MAC will have stronger competition than the AAC does after this season.
