What's this "feeling" nonsense?

Believe it when I see it. Cincy is third best choice, which means ACC would be going to 16. Seems premature for them to do that because Notre Dame is at least a remote possibility. Why move to 16 NOW, unless ACC knows some teams unknown to us are already on their way out... consistent with yesterday's Greg Swaim tweet that Big 12 is reworking TV deal for more teams.
