It's a 4 quarter game.  I'm not sure we can beat either team here. Like I said I am thinking we can win 3 conference games this year.

Tulsa scores a td to take a 7-0 lead. Memphis fg was taken back off a penalty

If Tulsa hangs on to win, the Jeff Scott apologists will have their built-in excuse next week should USF lose to them.......”Well they did beat Memphis. We are just not there yet”.

Not me. Tulsa beat us last season. A victory over them next Saturday is proof of progress and improvement from 2020.
