Watching UCF it appears that they put 2 receivers stacked to one side, the front guy seems to be blocking beyond line of scrimmage before the receiver catches the ball. That's legal? Based on your description it would be offensive pass interference if it’s past the line of scrimmage. But I am watching the game and they do it very stealth like...hard to call that.
