He said he got an offer from the University of Southern Florida.  Don’t know how to take that yet.

He does have an offer from Tulane. It's hard to know with these 1A guys. He says this will be his first time on an airplane so he could be just completely overlooked. His stats would imply he can at least catch the ball which might set him apart from a portion of our current WR staff.

Looking at the film, I see him as bulking up and playing at TE.

TN is usually not the hotbed of recruiting activity... I would think our HC would know what he is looking for in WR. 
 

I doubt we would be trying to pluck a guy from states away that the staff didn’t see as an overlooked prospect.
