Ohio State would be idiots to over-look Clemson.  They have "been there done that".  I know they are underdogs, but time and time again, they have proven the so called experts wrong and have come up big in these situations.

If fact, I'm leaning towards a Clemson upset in this one!

OSU QB is only at 85% I suspect they are completely focused. Like you I think Clemson can win it and will be cheering for them 100% even if it costs us a few more days of not having  Scott.

Furthermore, if Clemson does pull off another Natty.  Then what better publicity for our new HC coming in here right after the Victory Parade!

Can’t wait for the TV cameras to zoom in on Scott and hear the announcers say “hired to coach USF”...can’t pay for that type of publicity.

That would be sweet!!

This is a year where literally any of the 4 teams could win this thing (well maybe not Oklahoma).  Will be a very interesting playoffs.  I have to give the edge to LSU right now, they look incredible.  But OSU is very very good, and Clemson has the experience of actually winning it.....so who knows!

Didn't I read something about their RB being doubtful?

Rooting hard for Clemson to win it all. What it means for recruiting, the momentum coming into USF, the culture he will bring.

Its all already there quite honestly with 2 freaking nattys. But this would be icing.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

    Terry Lucas, 09/26/22
