I don't see his name listed anywhere. He isn't on the USF signing class sheet. Is he a PWO?

Nope. And the ones who do get a scholarship usually don't earn a scholarship until their junior or senior year. This kids should get a scholarship his sophomore year the latest. Kids who make it to their junior/senior year (senior year especially). For instance, let's say we have 3 or 4 walk-ons that are seniors, been with the program for 4 years, and we don't dole out the max 25 scholarships this recruiting cycle, why wouldn't we put them on scholarship? Some kids stay walk ons. From what i seen usually the offer comes like senior year unless you play well like Reaves. Either way, I love this kid's tape. I personally think Kerwin Bell was low key recruiting him for Valdosta State based on his other offers. (They are all D2 schools) And probably made him an offer for a PWO.
