We could never afford her. Fun fact, she was my political science professor at USF . It was her second year and she was a lowly asst professor. She has come a long way.

Her last job at USF before UH was Provost... and I also had her as a political science professor.

Also... she would be a FANTASTIC successor to Judy.

I believe I read somewhere she makes $1.3 mil a year. Judy makes $505k a year. I doubt Kahtor is going back to USF.

Correct $900k with incentives. Her base is $500k. Thus you can assume Kahtor would want the same incentives plus her current salary (or a bit higher). Thus USF would still need to come up with around $600k more than Judy.

If she will promise to get rid of the new academic logo, $600K per year is a bargain.

Also, she only has to change one finger to go from the UH hand sign to this much better one .
