IMPORTANT: Need some emergency logo work

For the Bulls Block Party  - they asked for a logo in one of the following formats: .eps, .svg, .pdf, or .ai.  

Of course, oddly enough I was asking for this help earlier but decided just to stay with what we have - people commented they like it.

So the only graphic I have is the one you see in the upper corner....I think it was done by @NAM37 many years ago.

Does anyone know if it can be converted successfully, or does it have to be redone.  Anyone out there talented enough to create something very similar in the required format? 

Last minute and desperate.  Please let me know!

Here it is in .pdf but it didn't have a high pixel count so it will look distorted if its a large print.

I increased the logo to 2464 X 444.

It's in PNG.

Those formats they want, that's only good in Smurf Village. And right now, Papa Smurf is out so nobody can help with that!

I can't make anything but to just offer an opinion, maybe think about taking the word forums out of the logo. I feel like the site is more of a community.

OK.. I couldn't find the original art, but I re-made it all this morning.    Here are a few different versions.  Also, as someone said above I can remove "forums" from the logo if you want.  I also didn't add the crowd-shot to the background as it might be a little too busy in print and I don't have a good version of it. I'll try to add that back if you want. I could also make a more "modern" version if you'd like to mix things up a bit.. again it's up to you.

I can make any of the following (with any edits you want) in any of the formats asked for.

Please advise.
