That sounds about right.  USF not able to move the ball much against a staunch Nittany Lions defense, so 2 TDs would be better than we can really expect.  Penn State also not able to move the ball much, partially because of the Bulls D and partially because of unforced errors, so keeping it under 21 points is about what I would expect.

It may be more like 17-10, but well within the 24-26 points with which Vegas opened.

Well hell if that's all we did against Cinci then there's no possible way we could improve.  

Why play the games if we're going to compare each one to our output against Cinci.  Hall gained 175 yards rushing against Cinci, I bet he doesn't do that against PSU, and if he does we win!

Let's just play this season before using the previous one to predict outcomes.  However, if the score ended up 19-14 against PSU starting the season then I would be tickled!
