No, from what I hear its nothing to do with this.  I believe there might have been other issues with the 3.  Funny they don't mention other players that transferred out already from the team (Jordan Santos and Anthony Gonnella).  Also bench players that made little contributions on last years team.

I thought that would be the case. As usual with college athletics we will probably never know the real reason. But as you mentioned it should not hurt the team. Looking forward to start of the season.

Only thing this may hurt is the building for baseball and softball.  Cerelli's grandfather was going to pony up a big chunk of the money. Not sure how, or if, it will affect his plans.

Wow, that is some great inside info. I hope the grandfather loves the University first foremost but I suspect this will be case where blood is thicker than water.

He is a doctor that works for USF so there is hope.
