I believe the AAC coaches who move up (CJL, CWT, Rhule, Fuente, Frost, Jones, Herman, etc.) are advocating for the conference.  The list is pretty solid.

Trying not to be a downer here but, when was the last time you talked up your old job to your new boss?

Sad for USF being relegated to the AAC..

I'll take 7-5 in our old conference vs 9-2 in CUSA2

Based on the history of this board, I have serious doubts.

I do it a lot actually.  Just today I forwarded a resume on to a friend at an organization I worked at 5 years ago for a guy I know who is looking.  I call it networking.  I'm always happy to help someone out provided I know their work history and ethics.  I've been blessed to work at some really great companies in my career and know some outstanding people.

This is not the same thing. You literally contacted a previous employer to vouch for a prospective hire. I asked, when was the last time you spoke to your current employer and bragged or just began to drone on about the merits of your previous employer. My guess would be never.

Sorry, you would incorrect.  Not sure what "drone on" means to you, but I certainly take great ideas from organization and share them with my current employer or others in my industry.

I'm not going to change your mind.  I just think "planting flags" in the current P5 doesn't hurt our cause.

Go Bulls!
