Just home from this debacle.  Really tugging at me.  I've been going to MBB games for 41 years and tonight was the most low energy, quiet environment, uninspiring game maybe ever.  The few hundred people there were dumbfounded and just sat with their arms crossed.  There were maybe 10 actual students there.  What is happening to my university?  9-2 in football and it feels like a huge fail.  I'll be at the bowl game wherever it is but I'm simply not very excited.  Thank god for WBB to keep me interested at some level in my almamater.  Something has to change or we're never going to shake the directional/commuter tag, never be invited to sit at the big table, and will fade away into oblivion at least on the athletic side.  I don't know what the answer is but I'm not seeing it after my many, many years of support and enthusiasm for my school.  I know I said I'd stop whining earlier but now I promise.  GO BULLS!

4:00 game on a Sunday of a holiday weekend .... Crowd actually bigger than I anticipated. I guess I'm pretty much numbed to MBB being this way since it has been for so long. Not sure what the problem is, but it's definitely not the venue ...
