I don't understand some people's problem with him?  Most people I know think he does a good job.

All I know, when Porter hasn't been there, his replacement just uses a monotone voice and says something like......."usf ball" in a way that you can barely even hear much less get excited about

WHOOP F@CKIN EEEE!  Quite frankly the crowd needs juicing up.  They aren't always the excited bunch as it is.

I do agree with you there. Good or bad game, there always seems to be too many people that are not into the game and sad as it is to say, Porter and  things like The Wave seem to work at times ....

Whether or not we get to use cowbells in RJS, it doesn't look like you'll be able to get them in at Syracuse.  Here's a link to the Carrier Dome's restrictions:

Coach & I sneak our "BULL-BELLS" in for every game...  They make a helluvalot-o-noize!!!   They're killer.

I'd sneak mine in, but last year the old people sitting in front of me actually complained that I was clapping too loud.  I'm afraid of what would happen if I used my cowbell. :(

I'm thinking cowbells might be "Items that could be missiles or projectiles" according to TSA/BUCS/NFL.
