Sorry, I thought the point was that USF could be just as successful.  If you aren't as well known, it is harder to recruit.

Baseball recruiting and football recruiting are apples and oranges. In football, you actually get a full scholarship. In baseball, you NEVER get a full scholarship. That means a kid from FL has to pay a ton of money to go to a CA school when you factor in travel and out of state tuition. We aren't losing anyone to the west coast.
